This page explains, in plain language, how this website handles your information. It is written for visitors, not for engineers. The Telegram bot itself runs inside Telegram and shows you its own privacy notes in the chat; this page covers only the website you are reading.
Who runs this site
This website is operated by Aleksandr Filippov as the data controller. For any privacy question, reach out through my personal site.
What this site collects
Almost nothing. The site has no accounts, no forms, and no comment sections. It collects:
- Aggregate usage statistics — which pages are visited and roughly where in the world visits come from. In regions where the law requires prior consent (the EU/EEA, the United Kingdom, Switzerland, and the EFTA states Norway, Iceland and Liechtenstein), and in Brazil, where we ask as a precaution, these are collected only after you accept on the consent banner.
- Limited technical information needed to keep the site online and secure — standard server logs handled by our hosting and security provider.
The site does not collect names, email addresses, card numbers, or any special category data, and it does not buy information from third parties.
Why
- To understand, in aggregate, whether the site helps people — which sections are read, which are skipped.
- To keep the site secure and fast — the hosting provider’s standard protections.
There is no advertising, no profiling, and no automated decision-making about you.
Legal basis
- Your consent — where the banner is shown, analytics runs only after you click Accept. You can withdraw at any time (see below).
- Our legitimate interests — minimal technical processing to keep the site online and secure.
Cookies and similar technologies
- Strictly necessary — remembering your consent choice. No consent is required for this.
- Analytics — loaded only after you accept, in the regions listed above. Elsewhere they may load automatically, and you can opt out at any time.

Who information is shared with
- Our hosting and security provider (a global content-delivery network) — hosts the site and delivers the consent banner.
- Our analytics provider — receives aggregate usage data only with your consent in consent-required regions.
Nothing is sold, and nothing is shared for advertising.

Under EU GDPR and UK GDPR you have the rights to be informed, of access, to rectification, to erasure, to restrict processing, to data portability, to object, to withdraw consent at any time, and to lodge a complaint with your supervisory authority.
